Bath Farmers’ Market

Bath Farmers’ Market is held at Green Park Station every Saturday morning. Bath Organic Group was a founder member, and we continue to hold a market stall there on the first Saturday of every month from April to November, plus a suitable date in December.

BOG at the Farmers’ Market

We sell both plants and produce, with the variety changing over the seasons. In April and May, we have a larger quantity of seedlings and plants, and gradually shift the emphasis to crops as the year progresses. A typical stall in late summer is laden with salad crops, leaf and root vegetables, soft fruit and berries, and orchard fruit ranging from plums through to pears and apples. Come and take a look, and maybe be tempted to buy!

The stall is run entirely by our volunteers, who assemble at the garden on Fridays to harvest crops and prepare plants, then share the task of meeting, greeting and helping our customers on the Saturday morning.
